Brugnolusu


Con patate o senza, con le verdure lesse o col formaggio, sono tante le versioni di questo dolce. Quella che vi propongo è la ricetta che mi ha insegnato mia nonna, con cui potrete preparare delle dolci e morbide palline tutte da gustare! 


Ingredienti per circa 30 pezzi:

2 uova intere
4 cucchiai di zucchero
2 cucchiai di olio extra vergine d’oliva
8 cucchiai di latte
8 g di lievito per dolci (mezza bustina)
la buccia grattugiata di un’arancia
2 cucchiai di rum
farina
olio extra vergine d’oliva

In una ciotola sbattere le uova con lo zucchero. Aggiungere l’olio, la buccia grattugiata dell’arancia, il rum, il latte, il lievito, sbattere e aggiungere poco per volta la farina, sino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo. Lasciare poi riposare il composto per circa 15-20 minuti.
Dopodiché fare delle palline con i cucchiai e friggerle in olio caldo fino a quando sono gonfi e dorati.
Asciugarli dall’unto della frittura. Prima di servirli spolverizzarli con zucchero semolato o con zucchero a velo.

8 g of baking powder
grated rind of one orange
2 tablespoonfuls of rum
flour
extra virgin olive oil

In a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the oil, the grated rind of orange, the rum, the milk, the banking powder, beat and little by little add the flour until when the mixture become homogeneous. Let rest the mixture for about 15-20 minutes.
After which make the little balls with of tablespoons. Fry them over moderate heat in hot oil, until they are golden brown and puffed.
Carefully dry the greasy of fried food. Before of serve sprinkle the cakes with some sugar or icing sugar.
